Story:

This Camaro fulfills a 20-plus year dream of ordering a car from the factory to my personal specs. In 2002, before Camaro was discontinued the first time, I had a chance but opted for a car in the showroom that was the spiritual upgrade of my very first car, a 1985 V6 sport coupe in blue with grey cloth interior. Now that Camaro is on the way out for the second time, I decided that this was my last chance to order one. I waited about six months for my local dealership to receive a 2SS allocation. Once the order was accepted it took about 3 weeks for the car to go into production and another 3 weeks for it to reach #1 Cochran Chevrolet in Zelienople, PA from the Lansing-Grand River assembly plant.
It now serves as the rolling mascot for Car Show Life, a lifestyle brand for car show enthusiasts, specializing in custom show board designs to help tell the story of one’s ride. In 2023, I was honored by Wheel Craft to be selected as the show board provider for members of the Pit Crew program. Now that I have my own car with Wheel Craft finished wheels, I too am now part of the Pit Crew club!
